I have some genetic gum issues, so I do come more often than the regular patient to the dentist, every three months for my cleanings as opposed to every six months. I've also had some recession that he's addressed cosmetically, just to help me like my smile.

Definitely just kind of help fill in some of the recessions so my roots aren't showing, and my smile has been great. The teeth whitening options that they provide have also been very helpful. They have a wide array of them that they provide options for.

I just feel like, for me personally, my smile is a big part of who I am, and it kind of just makes up me and my personality, my identity in a way. Oh, Dr. O'Neil and his team make it so easy for you to come. Everything ... he has all the latest equipment. You're just comfortable when you come in. You know you're going to the dentist, but you know it's going to be all right when you get there and when you get done. Dr. O'Neil is so personable. He just makes you feel comfortable when you come in. He feels like part of the family. You know, he'll come in and, even when you get your teeth cleaned, he comes in and he talks to you afterwards. I love coming to Blue Valley Smiles, and I have been coming to Blue Valley Smiles since I was 12 years old. They are just like friends. Actually, I found this place by happenstance. I had a broken tooth one night. I got up early the next morning, busted out the Google, started looking around. They opened the earliest. I called them, they were able to get me in within about an hour and a half after they opened, and it's been a great experience ever since. Basically, I had a cracked tooth from a bad filling. She went in, cleaned out all the bad filling, set a temporary crown on it, came back about a week later with a permanent crown. Haven't had an issue with a tooth since.

I've been coming to Dr. Rondeau for almost four years now. I've moved to Texas, and I actually drive all the way up from Texas to come back to see the dentist, so it's a seven-hour drive to the dentist's office, but it's worth it. Oh, I'm terrified of the dentist, yeah. The dentist has always been for me, as a small child, one of the worst places I could go to. Just, I've always had a fear of the dentist. I went probably 10 years without going to the dentist, broke the tooth. That's when I found Dr. Rondeau, and I've been coming on a regular basis ever since.

Everybody's just nice people. I mean, everybody's friendly. It's a comfortable atmosphere. They take the stress away. They make you feel welcome. They tell you the truth. They make you feel comfortable. They do what they should do.

When I came, you know, people had amalgams, and that's with the silver fillings. And Dr. O'Neil has ... he sets up a plan to remove all the amalgams that have been placed in your mouth over the years. And he replaces them with composites, and he does a section at a time, depending on how many you have, or if you even have any, but I did, so, as a child coming up. So we had that plan, and I think that has helped my oral hygiene tremendously. He really cares about ... he just really cares about you as a person. Of course, your oral hygiene, of course, but just cares about your total health personally. And he makes sure that you know that, you know? Whenever you come in, he just makes you feel so comfortable and so welcome. It's, you know, it's just like coming into his house.

They just know us as a family, they've seen our kids grow up from, you know, elementary school. Now both of them are in high school, both of them have braces, so they've worked really well with our orthodontist in treating our children's dental care, both Rena's, the ortho work, and also the dental care.

We often come all together, or at least me and my kids. They're able to work with our schedules so that we kind of all come in at the same time and all get out at the same time. So they've just, they've kinda become part of a family for us.

He's very honest. A lot of times our children aren't the best at cleaning their teeth, even at their age in high school. With braces you'd think they would know, but he's been honest with us, just letting us know the things that they need to do better. When they were much younger and more in the pediatric dental care area, he would let us know if they ... if he suggested work and also gave a recommendation for a pediatric dentist to handle the work, before they became a certain age.

Now, we're full at this office. But he's just, he lets us know pretty candidly what's going on and what we need to do to make it better.
